RFB-WC 80-08 - Demolition and Removal of 60' x 100' Metal Structure

Summary of Specifications:
The Base Bid work for the Project consists of demolition and removal of a 60' x 100' metal structure located at 4113 Rockwell Street in the Town of Hadley, NY (the location is noted on the map attached to these specifications). This structure had most recently been used as an office/truck complex. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to dismantle the structure and remove it from the Hadley location. Removal of the entire structure, exclusive of the concrete slab must be complete NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 3, 2008. 

The Add Alternate No. 1 work for the project consists of removal and disposal of the existing 60' x 100' concrete slab and footing. This shall include, but not be limited to the slab, footing, mechanics pit, trench drains and grading of existing ground upon removal of the previous listed items. Removal of the entire slab must be complete NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 10, 2008.
