Westmount Health Facility is in need of updating nursing/facility policies and procedures in providing Skilled care services to attain or maintain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Policies and procedures are utilized by all employees in conjunction with Federal and State regulations and provide uniform compliance with established standards of care and practice.
