INTENT:
It is the intent by these specifications of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for six (6) months for Disposable Food Service Items for Warren County Facilities and a few Hamilton County Facilities.
SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Disposable Food Service Items for both Warren County and Hamilton sites. These sites include: Warren County Municipal Center - Buildings & Grounds, 1340 Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Drive, Route 9N, Bolton Landing, NY 12814; City of Glens Falls Department of Public Works, 230 Dix Ave. and 42 Ridge St., Glens Falls, NY 12801; City of Glens Falls Wastewater Plant, 2 Shermantown Rd., Glens Falls, NY 12801; City of Glens Falls Fire Department, 134 Ridge St., Glens Falls, NY 12801; Greater Glens Falls Transit Department of Glens Falls, 495 Queensbury Ave., Queensbury, NY 12804; Town of Bolton, 4949 Lakeshore Dr., Bolton Landing, NY 12814; Town of Warrensburg, 3797 Main St., Warrensburg, NY 12885; Town of Johnsburg, 219 Main Street, North Creek, NY 12853 and any other Warren County department or municipality.
