INTENT:
It is the intent by these specifications of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for six (6) months for Disposable Food Service Items for Warren County Facilities and a few Hamilton County Facilities.
SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Disposable Food Service Items for both Warren County and Hamilton sites. These sites include: Warren County Municipal Center, Buildings & Grounds, 1340 Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Warren/Hamilton County Meal Sites (see attached page for locations); Warren County Department of Parks and Recreation, 145 Echo Lake Rd., Warrensburg, NY 12885; Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport, 443 Queensbury Ave., Queensbury, NY 12804; Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Dr., Route 9N, Bolton Landing, NY 12814; City of Glens Falls Fire Department, 134 Ridge St., Glens Falls, NY 12801; City of Glens Falls Water and Sewer Department, 2 Shermantown Rd., Glens Falls, NY 12801; City of Glens Falls Department of Public Works, 230 Dix Ave., Glens Falls, NY 12801; Town of Bolton, 4949 Lakeshore Dr., Bolton Landing, NY 12814 and any other Warren County department or municipality.
