RFB-WC 49-14 - Dry, Canned & Frozen Goods for Warren County Facilities

Summary of Specifications:
INTENT: It is the intent by these specifications of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for SIX (6) months for Dry, Canned and Frozen Goods for Warren County Facilities. 

SCOPE: This contract shall cover Food Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These include Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804, Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Drive, Rt 9N, Bolton Landing, NY 12814 and all EIGHT Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see attached sheet for location of the Office for the Aging Meal sites. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site. 

Please note that Warren County is currently evaluating proposals to sell/privatize Westmount Health Facility. If the facility is sold prior to the end of this bid, the County reserves the right to terminate the bid for said facility.
