RFB-WC 35-09 - Election Supplies for the Warren County Board of Elections

Summary of Specifications:
Warren County requires a supply of Special, General Election and possibly Primary Election printing materials for 2009. There will be a Special Election in March or April, a possible Primary Election in September, and a General Election in November. Notwithstanding the details presented in these specifications, it will be the responsibility of the bidder to verify the completeness of same to meet the intent of the specifications of the Warren County Board of Elections and the New York State Election Law. Warren County has approximately 44,000 registered voters. Up to nineteen (19) different lots/ballot styles may be required per election.
