RFP-WC 31-09 - Eligibility Reviews for Self-Employed Ind. applying for Medicaid

Summary of Specifications:
The CPA/Consultant will be asked to provide the following services: A. Conduct eligibility reviews, and interviews when deemed necessary and appropriate, of select clients referred by the Department of Social Services to assess current eligibility and to assist with the review of future applications of self-employed individuals applying for Medicaid healthcare benefits and/or temporary assistance; B. Report findings of all eligibility reviews to the Commissioner of Social Services; and C. If requested, report to the Social Services Committee of the Warren County Board of Supervisors.
