Summary of Specifications:
The intent of these specifications is to furnish information to responsible bidders for the purpose of obtaining bids for the engineering, purchase and installation of a new 60' communications tower, cable bridge to existing building, construction of concrete pad for tower foundation and any related site improvements at 48 Maggies Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885 for use by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

The Contractor and its consultants are to provide all labor, materials, equipment and documentation necessary for the engineering, manufacturing, shipping, construction, installation of a communication tower, any related site improvements and to perform work as stated in the specifications herein. The site of project is located at 48 Maggies Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885.
