SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUESTED:
The Consultant selected for final product preparation will, at a minimum, be required to complete the scope of work listed under Part I.
The Town of Horicon recognizes that the completion of the tasks listed under Part I will likely prompt the update of the Town’s 2008 Community Development Strategic Plan. In addition to proposals submitted for Part I, proposers are asked to consider providing another proposal for the update of the 2008 Community Development Strategic Plan (Part II). Proposals for Part II will only be considered if proposer submits a response for Part I. Those wishing to respond to Part II may provide an alternative compilation of tasks and deliverables only if proposals are received for those tasks and deliverables addressed under Part I and Part II.
Part I – Expansion of the First Wilderness to the Town of Horicon
Those interested in responding to this request for proposals must, at a minimum, address each task listed under Part I. The expected final product of Part I is an update to the First Wilderness Heritage Corridor Plan that includes an additional section for the Town of Horicon, in a format consistent with the Town sections of the existing First Wilderness Heritage Corridor Plan.
Part II – Update of the Town of Horicon Community Development Strategic Plan
Those interested in providing a proposal for Part II must, in addition to providing a proposal to Part I, provide a cost proposal for each task listed under Part II.
