Summary of Specifications:
This contract shall cover Food Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These include Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845, Westmount Health Facility, 42 Gurney Lane, Queensbury, NY 12804, Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Drive, Rt 9N, Bolton Landing, NY and all EIGHT Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see the attached sheet for locations of the Office for the Aging Meal sites. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.
Vendors may bid on GROUP SITE I (Countryside Adult Home, Sheriff’s Office, Glens Falls - Cedars & Westmount Health Facility) and/or GROUP SITE II (Bolton, Chestertown, Indian Lake, Johnsburg, Lake Luzerne, Long Lake, Up Yonda & Wells). All sites under Group Site I and Group Site II must be serviced. Vendors are cautioned to submit prices for all items in each GROUP bid since NO BID items will be factored using the HIGHEST submitted bid price. Delivery prices must be included in bid price. Minimum order requirements are NOT acceptable to Warren County and all sites named must be serviced under award of GROUP.
