Description

INTENT:
It is the intent by these specifications of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure a bid for four (4) months for Fresh and Frozen Meats and Deli Items for Warren County Facilities and a few Hamilton County Facilities.

SCOPE:
This contract shall cover Food Products for both Warren County and Hamilton County sites. These sites include: Countryside Adult Home, 353 Schroon River Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885; Warren County Sheriff’s Office, 1400 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845; Up Yonda Farm, 5239 Lake Shore Drive, Rt 9N, Bolton Landing, NY 12814 and all EIGHT Office for the Aging Meal Sites. Please see the attached sheet for Office for the Aging Meal Site locations and hours of operations. Any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid will be added to the vendor serving the closest nearby site.

Due to COVID-19 and restricted access to County facilities, bids MUST be submitted via USPS, FedEx or UPS to the undersigned at Warren County Human Services Building, Warren County Purchasing Department, 3rd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York 12845.

Please note, County mail is picked up from the Lake George Post Office each weekday morning. Bids delivered to said post office on the afternoon of bid opening day will not be received until the following day. Please account for this if using the USPS. FedEx and UPS deliver directly to the Municipal Center.
