RFB-WC 28-16 - Grout Pumping for Various Sliplining Projects in Warren County

Summary of Specifications:
GENERAL INTENT: Warren County will be sliplining various culverts within the county. It is the County’s intent to use low density grout to fill the annular space between the existing and new pipes. The bidder will procure grout and additives, supply pumping and foaming machinery and personnel to complete the pumping. 

MATERIALS: Low density grout with weight 40-75 lbs. per cubic foot that can be pumped at pressures from 2 – 5 psi. Additives or foaming generator may be used to achieve the 40-75 lbs. per cubic foot weight grout required. The pumping equipment must be able to accurately gage pressures between 2-5 psi.
