GENERAL INTENT:
Warren County is seeking sealed bids to obtain an on-call Contractor for Highway Repairs, Rehabilitation and Heavy Construction. The work performed under this contract will be for standby work and emergency repairs. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be only for work and material requested by the Warren County Superintendent of Public Works.
