RFP-WC 5-12 - Independent Employee Assistance Program Services Provider

Summary of Specifications:
Warren County desires to receive Proposals from individuals, companies and/or organizations who are independent Employment Assistance Program service providers and can provide an Employee Assistance Program for County employees (including those in the Sheriff’s Office and Correctional Facility) and related training for County supervisory officials and employees. More specifically, the County desires to employ a service provider, with a multi-disciplinary background or resources, who can (at no charge to the employee) provide the following services in accordance with commonly accepted industry or professional standards.
