Summary of Specifications:
Warren County is requesting proposals for moving ballot marking devices (BMD) from their storage location in Warren County, to polling sites within Warren County before each election, and then returning them back to the storage location immediately after each election. Warren County will house the BMD’s at a location to be named that is in Warren County (currently 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845). Proposals will be accepted up until Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Warren County Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York 12845. Fax and/or e-mail responses will not be accepted.
