Summary of Specifications:
These specifications are to obtain contracted services for on call repair, replacement/installation and if County Departments choose preventative maintenance of Overhead Door systems at various facilities throughout Warren County. Contract shall be for routine, general work as per the Uniform Building Code on an on-call basis from the Warren County Department of Public Works and Sheriff’s Office. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be for only work and material requested by the County Superintendent of Public Works, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Countryside Adult Home or Westmount Health Facility
