Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe a Paverlaid Chip Seal/Ultrathin Hot Mix Asphalt system consisting of a warm polymer modified asphalt emulsion tack/seal sprayed immediately preceding the application of a hot mix asphalt wearing course. These specifications are prepared for the purpose of obtaining bids and having a successful bidder on call for the application as described above for the Warren County Department of Public Works as needed and when requested. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of work hereunder. Payment shall be for only work and material requested by the Warren COunty Superintendent of Public Works.
