RFB-WC 80-15 - Personal Protection Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK: Bids will be received for furnishing "Personal Protection Equipment" (PPE) for the following schedules: 

Schedule 1: Safety Clothing Schedule 2: Hand Protection Schedule 3: Head Gear Schedule 4: Eye Protection Schedule 5: Specialty/Misc. 

Bidders must be able to provide items listed on the above schedules within the time constraints described herein and in the quantities indicated by the annual usage projections. 

 AWARD: Award of contract shall be made to any or all bidders who, meeting all of the requirements of these specifications, submit the lowest overall price per schedule based on unit price and annual usage projections. If submitting pricing for a schedule(s), bidder must submit pricing for every item under that said schedule or bidder will be disqualified from said schedule.
