Description

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Warren is seeking bids for a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for on-site and/or off-site photovoltaic generated power. The PPA will be in general conformance with the terms and conditions of Solar Access to Public Capital (SAPC) Commercial Contracts PPA Version 1.0. This contract will include both design and installation of a photovoltaic (PV) system interconnected to the electrical distribution grid at the Warren County Countryside Residential Hall, Cornell Cooperative Extension and Warrensburg Well (site) adjacent to Schroon River Road in the Town of Warrensburg, Warren County, New York.
