Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK: It is the intent of these specifications to obtain an as-needed basis contract for plumbing services. Services may include installation, repair, rehabilitation and maintenance at various Warren County facilities from August 1, 2015 to July 31, 2016. Contract shall be for general work as per the Uniform Building Code on an on-call or scheduled basis for the Warren County Department of Public Works and/or any other Warren County owned or operated facilities.

The following positions/titles shall be employed by or available to the Bidder: • Plumber, Master • Plumber, Journeymen • Plumber, Apprentice
