ITB-WC 45-16 - Post Implementation Review of Energy Performance Contract

Summary of Specifications:
Warren County procured an energy performance contractor approximately ten (10) years ago to conduct energy audits and possible installations and/or improvements necessary for the electrical, heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning systems for various County buildings. As a result of these energy audits, energy savings projects were developed and implemented to improve energy efficiency and provide cost savings to the County. The consulting work that will result from this RFP is specifically intended to review the efficiency of the project work proposed and executed at the County Municipal Center by Siemens in 2006, which included the following measures: *Energy Management Systems (EMS) Night Setback and Shutdown *Retro-fitting of Lighting at the Municipal Center *Removal of the Cooling Tower and Installation of a Geothermal Heat Pump System at the Municipal Center
