RFP-WC 62-12 - Prof Svcs for Operation/Expansion/Privatizatin of Nursing Home

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Warren owns an 80 bed skilled nursing facility together with a considerable amount of vacant, undeveloped real property situated on the west side of the Adirondack Northway Interstate Route 87 in Queensbury, NY. The Warren County Board of Supervisors has determined that it would be beneficial to the County to seek professional assistance with regard to the options available with regard to the operation, expansion, and/or privatization of the aforedescribed skilled nursing facility. The County is seeking valuation, use studies and if privatizing or some kind of transfer is determined appropriate, assistance with regard to the same and marketing services. Further information and details are contained in the documents attached to this request, or are available upon request.
