RFP-WC 18-14 - Professional Auctioneer/Broker to Conduct Land Auction

Summary of Specifications:
Warren County is requesting written proposals to conduct a Buyer’s Premium Public Auction of real property. Warren County makes no representation as to the number or type of parcels which will be included in the auction. In 2011, 17 parcels were sold. In 2012, 54 parcels were sold. In 2013, 43 parcels were sold. The total assessment of all properties that were sold at auction, in 2013, were $1,144,850. The total sales for those properties were $377,150. The parcels to be sold include those which the County takes title to in the yearly tax foreclosure proceeding and the auction parcel number is dependent upon the outcome of said tax foreclosure proceeding. The 2014 auction is currently scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.
