Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this Agreement that the Surveyor provide Periodic Professional Surveyor Services on an individual “Letter of Authorization” basis in conjunction with Department of Public Works projects (and may extend to other County Departments requiring services during the term of the contract). It is anticipated that the services provided by the Surveyor will be primarily related to, but not limited to, highways, Right-of-Ways, topography, construction layout and bridges. A background within these areas is preferred. Tasks will be identified by the County from time to time for which certain professional services shall be provided by the Surveyor, and the County will pay the Surveyor for services rendered in accordance with Schedule “B” of the Agreement.
Supplemental work or additional services to the tasks for which the Surveyor has been retained, may be requested from the Surveyor in the subsequent year for which the Consultant Agreement is in affect (if the project is still ongoing). Relative thereto, the Surveyor will be expected to perform services a the same rates set forth in the proposal provided in response to this RFP.
