INTENT:
It is the intent of these specifications to describe:
ONE (1) NEW ASPHALT HOT BOX RECLAIMER TRAILER
for purchase and delivery to Warren County Maintenance Facility at 4055 Main Street, Warrensburg, NY 12885. The unit shall be either two (2) ton, three (3) ton, or four (4) ton, whichever is determined to be in the best interest of the County. The intended use of this unit shall be to transport and maintain the temperature of Hot Mix Asphalt to make year round repairs. Further specifications are provided on the attached TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS sheet.
