RFB-WC 6-12 - Purchase of Approximately Nine or more 2011 or Newer Vehicles

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to purchase nine (9) or more of any combination of the following vehicles: 

1. 2011 or newer Jeep Liberty (or equal), 4 wheel drive; 2. 2011 or newer Ford Focus (or equal) 

All vehicles proposed must be new. Warren County will accept 2011 model years only if they are not used. 

At this time, the County’s intent is to procure eight cars and one four wheel drive. However, if the funding is available, two four wheel drives and seven passenger cars may be purchased. 

Award will be made to the lowest bidders meeting the specifications. Bidders are not required to bid on each vehicle to be considered for award. Award will be made on a line item basis. Please note that the County reserves the right to only purchase vehicles that are within the budget appropriations for this purchase and makes no representations as to the total number of vehicles to be purchased.
