Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to secure a bid for the purchase of two (2) 2006 Ski-doo Skandic SUV 600 Snowmobiles for Warren County Parks and Recreation Department. Units delivered must carry manufacturer’s warranty.The quantity bid is two (2). Bidders shall bid a lump sum price for both snowmobiles meeting all specifications.Prior to delivery, equipment shall be completely serviced by the contractor in his own shop. Servicing shall include engine tune up, lubrication and all other checks and adjustments required for full proper servicing of new equipment.Date of Delivery of Snowmobiles shall be clearly stated on the bid proposal and must include all handling and transportation charges net, F.O.B., Warren County Fish Hatchery, Fish Hatchery Road, Warrensburg, NY 12885. The bidder must submit with the bid detailed specifications, circulars, and all necessary data on the snowmobiles to be furnished. Such data and material shall include exact and detailed specifications which shall indicate in what respects, if any, the items offered exceed or otherwise vary from the prescribed contract specifications. The County reserves the right to request any additional information deemed necessary for the proper evaluation of the bids. Failure to submit any of the above data may result in rejection of the bid.
