RFP-WC 57-05 - RFP-Combined Administrator of Flexible Accounts&Supplemental Ins.

Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks proposals from companies interested in providing Combined Administrator of Flexible Accounts (IRS Code Section 125 Cafeteria Plan) Services and Voluntary Supplemental Disability/indemnity Insurance Products for the benefit of County employees for a specific period of time. Warren County does not currently offer flexible accounts or supplemental insurance products. The services shall be commenced upon selection of a company to provide the services and products described herein and the company is asked to plan to continue to provide services for a period of 6 years. At which time the agreement between the parties will be reviewed and may at the County’s option be renewed for an additional period of 3 years. At all times the County reserves the right to terminate the agreement at sixty (60) days notice to the Company or such notice as may be required by law.
