Summary of Specifications:
Warren County seeks proposals from videographers specializing in promotional videography for video imagery within Warren County. Video Imagery will encompass various aspects of Warren County, such as an introduction to the County, a tourism video, an economic development video, an educational segment and/or other topics determined appropriate by the Warren County Board of Supervisors. All shoots must be located within the confines of Warren County.
Warren County will not be responsible for cancellations of planned shoots due to weather or other unforeseen difficulties. The Videographer must be flexible to reschedule at the earliest possible time.
The following services shall be provided as part of the contract:
* Filming and/or creation of at least three (3) promotional videos concerning topics similar to those previously identified and as chosen by the Warren County Board of Supervisors; * Unlimited use of all footage; * Web hosting of the videos; * Updating the video site on demand; * Provision of analytics with respect to each video segment to include, but shall not be limited to: the ability to monitor the viewer’s statistics (city, state or country in which viewing from) and track viewing patterns; * A program whereby businesses in Warren County are offered the opportunity to have links on the Warren County video site hosted by videographer by way of graphic links, photos and/or videos with Warren County to have approval rights regarding those businesses allowed to use the site; and * A suggested format by which the above work could be done for the County at no cost (contract to cover cost and profit margins through the offering of links to interested local county businesses).
