RFP-WC 81-06 - RFP - GIS Consultant Services

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Warren, in partnership with nine (9) townships in the County, is soliciting proposals for consultant services to undertake activities funded by a GIS Implementation Grant from the New York Archives and Records Administration. The RFP is divided into five (5) segments: 1) Town Planning and Zoning Permit System; 2)RPSv4 Extract Application; 3) Town Assessorand Clerk Application; 4) County Planning and Zoning Software Modification; and 5) County Building Department Software Modification. The partnership will use one consultant for all five (5) segments of the project. The consultant will be responsible for application development of new applications and modification of existing systmes as described in detail below.
