RFP-WC 74-18 - RFP for Certified Abstracts of Title for Delinquent Tax Parcels

INTENT:
It is the intent of Warren County, through its Purchasing Department, to secure proposals for a number of certified Abstracts of title and/or continuations of title commencing twenty (20) years prior to the filing of the List of Delinquent Tax Parcels relating to the County tax foreclosure proceeding, as more specifically set forth in the Specifications. Sealed proposals will be recevied until 3:00 p.m. on November 29, 2018, at which time proposals will be publicly opened.
