Description

The County of Warren as Local Program Administrator (LPA), is seeking qualified proposals for a Grant Administrator to implement the Administrative Plan for the Residential Emergency Services to Offer (Home) Repairs to the Elderly (RESTORE) funds awarded by the Housing Trust Fund Corporation (HTFC) NYS Homes & Community Renewal (HCR). The Grant Administration shall be consistent with the LPA Manuals, policies and procedures that must also be followed and are enforceable along with the Administrative Plan and all aspects of the Program Grant Agreement.
