RFP-WC 67-10 - RFP for Professional Engineering Services relative to Dam Safety

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this RFP is to receive proposals for Warren County, and on behalf of municipalities within Warren County, which will allow those various municipalities to contract directly with a Consultant for various dam safety related engineering services. All services must be in accordance with the most current NYSDEC Regulation Part 673 of Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (6 NYCRR) and relevant NYSDEC guidance/policy documents. Warren County is seeking proposals, however, the actual work would be under separate contracts with each municipal owner who wishes to utilize the County RFP results. The final scope of services for each dam will be determined by each individual municipality. Pricing is being obtained for three (3) different products, however, all three products may not be required by each municipality. They may choose, one, two or all three depending on their individual needs. There is no minimum guaranteed scope of work for this project.
