Description

It is the intent of these specifications that a Consultant provides Periodic Professional Surveyor Services on an individual “Letter of Authorization” basis in conjunction with Department of Public Works projects (and may extend to other County Departments requiring services during the term of the contract). It is anticipated that the services provided by the Consultant will be primarily related to, but not be limited to the following:

1. Horizontal and Vertical Site Control
2. Topographic Surveys
3. Cross-section and profile surveys
4. Location and as-built/record drawing surveys
5. Boundary surveys
6. Record plat and easement plat preparation
7. Deed research
8. Construction stakeout
