WC 20-22 - RFP for Recreational Use (Rail Bikes) on Approximately 14 Miles of RR Track

The County of Warren is owner of railroad tracks and a station and certain other buildings, platforms and supporting facilities lying and existing in the County of Warren. The rail line travels a course which at one point takes it along the northerly part of the Hudson River to North Creek, New York. Warren County is seeking proposals for the provision of recreational use by an operator interested in providing rail bike service between MP 72.81 (North of NYS Route 418 Crossing) to MP 87 (Riverside Station) within Warren County. Warren County is seeking to contract with an individual/operator who can provide rail bike service beginning at the earliest possible time.
