WC 59-22 - RFP for Warren County New York Housing Needs Study and Market Demand Analysis

Warren County is seeking proposals from qualified and interested consultants to complete a county-wide housing needs study and market demand analysis. The Housing Needs Study and Market Demand Analysis will help Warren County and its municipalities, the home building industry, housing assistance providers and non-profit organizations, develop a thorough understanding of current housing needs and market demand for new and improved housing. The Study will provide essential data and technical information to support and promote housing development projects throughout Warren County to meet both market demand and community priorities and will be an instrumental tool for leveraging future funding opportunities and financing for housing development projects.
