Description

Summary of Specifications:
INTENT: It is the intent of these specifications to provide removal, disposal and replacement of the existing Triad boiler with a new high efficiency propane boiler with 750,000 BTU output OR better and a new circulating pump at the Countryside Adult Home located at 353 Schroon River Road Warrensburg, NY 12885.

SCOPE:

Bidder shall shut down existing boiler and unhook services from boiler prior to removing and disposing of existing boiler. Contactor shall furnish and install a new 750,000 BTU or better high efficiency boiler (Lochinvar KBL801 or equal). In addition a new circulating pump shall be furnished and installed.

Bidder shall examine existing boiler, circulating pump and site before submitting bid to Warren County. Appointments to see site may be made by calling Deanna Park at Countryside Adult Home, at 518-623-3451. Site visit documentation must be included in bid proposal.
