WC 52-19 - Removal & Disposal of Asbestos Containing Material

This project consists of removing, hauling and disposing of approximately 3,800 square feet of building materials from the demolished Engineer’s House located on Riverside Station Road immediately south of the Riparius Train Station in Riparius, New York. The building is demolished and therefore isolation and abatement of asbestos containing materials (ACM) is not feasible. All demolition debris, except non-ACM concrete foundation walls that can be thoroughly cleaned shall be considered regulated ACM. The Contractor shall conduct removal of all regulated ACM debris in accordance with the New York State Department of Labor Variance #18-0116 to be provided with the specifications.
