Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to obtain bids for replacement of various damper assemblies at the Warren County Correctional Facility. Scope of Work shall include the following, on a Trane HVAC system: Base Bid:

A and B Pods: 1. Shut down, isolate and remove existing failed dampers; 2. Furnish and install (3) new 16" traq dampers; 3. Furnish and install (1) new damper actuator; and 4. Adjust and check operations.

C and D Pods: 1. Shut down, isolate and remove existing failed dampers; 2. Furnish and install (3) new 16" traq dampers; 3. Check operation of existing damper motors; and 4. Adjust and check operations.

AHU-2: 1. Shut down, isolate and remove existing failed dampers; 2. Furnish and install (4) new 24" traq dampers; 3. Furnish and install (1) new damper actuator; and 4. Adjust and check operations.

AHU-911: 1. Shut down, isolate and remove existing failed dampers; 2. Furnish and install (6) new 16" traq dampers; 3. Furnish and install (1) new damper actuator; and 4. Adjust and check operations.
