ITB-WC 43-16 - Runway 30 End Obstruction Mitigation & Runway 12-30 PAPI Install

Summary of Specifications:
The project generally includes removing approximately twelve (12) acres of trees located within the Runway 30 approach surfaces. Tree removal methods will include clearing in environmentally sensitive areas with no ground disturbance, clearing and grubbing with site grading and individual tree removal. Two obstruction lights will be installed and landscape improvements will be completed. 

The project also includes installation of new Precision Approach Path Indicators (PAPI) on Runway 12 and 30. The PAPI installation will include concrete foundations, power and control cables in conduit, site restoration and electronic system installation.
