RFB-WC 67-08 - Sale & Removal of a 60' x 100' Metal Structure

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to offer for sale, a 60' x 100' metal structure located at 4113 Rockwell Street in the Town of Hadley, NY. (The location is noted on the map attached to these specifications.) This structure had most recently been used as an office/truck garage complex. The inside ceiling height of this structure is approximately fifteen feet (15'). The building is insulated and has four overhead doors, 12' wide by 14' high. Three overhead doors are located at the front of the building. The remaining overhead door is located in the back. All four doors have electrical door openers that are assumed to work. This has not been confirmed, as there are no utilities currently hooked up to the building (including electricity). It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to dismantle the structure and remove the same at their own cost. Removal of the entire structure (exclusive of the concrete slab, which is not part of the sale) must be complete NO LATER THAN AUGUST 1, 2008.
