The County-owned Rail Station property located at Riparius, New York, includes a Caboose, known as Boston & Maine Caboose #482, approximate vintage 1930's, which is owned by the County and has been a permanent part of Riverside Station since 1995. The Caboose was previously operated as a concession stand, and the County is opting to offer said Caboose and equipment contained therein, for sale. The Caboose sits on its own rail and is easily accessible from the road. Exterior pictures and a map showing the Caboose location are attached hereto.
