RFB-WC 33-11 - Solid Waste and Recyclable Disposal Services

Summary of Specifications:
Warren County, for itself, and as lead agent for various municipalities within Warren County, is requesting bids for the disposal of municipal solid waste and recyclables, over which the County and municipalities have control, at a New York State licensed facility being operated in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local environmental, hard use or other laws, rules, regulations and permit conditions. The disposal services are requested for a term commencing on a date to be selected between November 1st and November 15, 2011. Please note that this bid does not request hauling services. Likewise, this bid request does not seek bids for disposal of specialty waste such as medical waste, household hazardous waste, construction and demolition debris, etc.
