Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to secure Various Office Papers as per the item specifications noted in the bid proposal for the Warren County Printshop. These goods shall supply all of Warren County and its political sub-divisions. Bidders may bid ANY or ALL Items. Award is by item, however, Warren County reserves the right to award based on a line-item basis or by Total Estimated Cost for the list of items bid, whichever is in the best interest of Warren County.All items bid shall be of the best quality and the right is reserved by the Purchasing Agent to submit any items or article to the State Bureau of Standards and Purchase to determine quality and grade. Paper weights FOR ALL ITEMS must be according to specifications.The quantities listed are estimates only. Bid acceptance shall be for actual quantities ordered during the term of bid. The contractor must furnish all quantities ordered with no change in unit price.All prospective bidders must submit bid price PER EACH, REAM, OR CASE as requested on bid proposal. Number per package and number per case shall also be noted if different from those noted on the bid specifications.
