Summary of Specifications:
This specification covers the furnishing and delivery of aluminum sign blanks. The panel material shall be either aluminum alloy 6061-T6, 5154-H38 or 5052-H38, and shall conform to the requirements of ASTM B209M and material specification 715-04, wrought aluminum as per NYS DOT standard specifications dated January 2, 2002 and addenda thereto. All blanks shall have standard 5/16" hole punching and 1 ½ " radius corners, sizes and gauges shall be as per accompanying schedule. Amounts of items used per year are estimated. The bidder understands that these quantities shown on the proposal are approximate only and subject to increase or decrease with no change in unit price. State amount per unit as per accompanying schedule. The bidder shall include in his billing all freight and handling costs to the Warren County DPW at Warrensburg, New York, 12885.The bidder is informed that the terms of this contract are extended to all of the Towns and other municipal subdivisions of Warren County.
