Summary of Specifications:
This specification covers requirements for Box Beam, Posts and Accessory Hardware for Galvanized Box Beam Guard Railing. All material shall conform to the New York State Department of Transportation specifications of January 2, 2002, with addenda for Section 710-21 Box Beam Guard Railing and Median Barrier. Each shipment of Box Beam Guard Railing shall be accompanied by a notarized Certificate of Compliance with the New York State Department of Transportation specifications of January 2, 2002, with addenda for Section 710-21 Box Beam Guard Railing and Median Barrier. Box Beam Guard Railing, Posts and Hardware shall be bid and delivered as per State of New York Standard Sheet 606-3R4. Delivery shall be made to the Warren County Department of Public Works at 4028 Main St., Warrensburg, New York, within 20 calendar days upon receipt of the order. The bidder is informed that the terms of this contract are extended to all of the Towns and other municipal subdivisions of Warren County. Materials under these specifications shall be furnished to municipalities of Warren County in accordance with their needs, as ordered by them at the same prices as bid to the County of Warren for the entire year of 2005 .
