Summary of Specifications:
This specification covers the furnishing and delivery to designated locations in Warren County, New York, for Corrugated Polyethylene Subsurface Infiltration Drainage Chambers and Fittings in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The Corrugated Polyethylene Subsurface Infiltration Drainage Chambers and Fittings shall meet the current industry specifications and be capable of supporting either an H-10 Loading (no traffic) or an H-20 Loading (traffic). Quantities shall be such lengths and sizes as may be required and shall be delivered by motor truck and unloaded at any point in Warren County as may be designated by the County Superintendent of Department of Public Works. Delivery shall be made within seven days after a specific order has been placed. Successful bidder will be required to have a large stock of drainage chambers on hand for immediate emergency use. The County retains the right to reject any drainage chamber furnished by the successful bidder which, in the opinion of the County, does not meet these specifications; such rejected chamber shall be replaced with an acceptable chamber by the successful bidder free of charge to the County. Chambers damaged during delivery or unloading shall be replaced with acceptable chambers by the successful bidder free of charge to the County.
