Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of these specifications to secure Card Stock, Various Office Papers, Computer Paper and Envelopes as per the item specifications noted in the bid proposal for the Warren County Printshop. These goods shall supply all of Warren County and its political sub-divisions. Bidders may bid ANY OR ALL ITEMS. Award is by item.All bid awards will be made on a line-item basis or by total estimated annual cost for the complete list of items bid, whichever is in the best interest of Warren County.All prospective bidders must submit bid price PER EACH, REAM, OR CASE as requested on bid proposal. Bidder failure to indicate correct packaging size shall be cause for rejection before or after award. Shipments received which differ from package size bid will be paid for according to per unit price, as calculated from vendor bid proposal. Prices not per case must indicate correct amount. Certain items may or may not be purchased in case lots by the Printshop as noted in the specifications.
