RFB-Geotext WC 5-05 - WC 5-05 - GEOTEXTILES

Summary of Specifications:
This specification covers the furnishing and delivery to designated locations in Warren County, New York, for GEOTEXTILES in accordance with the specifications contained herein and as shown in Section 207 of the N.Y.S. Department of Transportation Standard Specifications dated January 2, 2002 and addenda thereto. Quantities shall be such widths as may be required and shall be delivered by motor truck and unloaded at any point in Warren County as designated by the County Superintendent of D.P.W. Delivery shall be made within two weeks after a specific order has been placed. The County retains the right to reject any Geotextile furnished by the successful bidder which in the opinion of the County, does not meet these specifications. Such rejected Geotextile shall be replaced with acceptable Geotextile by the successful bidder free of charge to the County. Geotextile damaged during delivery or unloading shall be replaced with acceptable Geotextile by the successful bidder free of charge to the County.Payment shall be made on the basis of individual orders delivered and accepted at the designated job sites.
