Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this proposal to secure a bid for various Nursing Supplies. For the calendar year from June 1, 2005through May 31, 2006 with no escalation clause. This contract shall cover Nursing Supplies for Westmount Health Facility, Warren County Residential Hall, the Department of Health Services, the Warren County Correctional Facility, and any other designated County facility that may be added during the term of this bid. Amounts of items used per year are estimated. The bidder understands that these quantities shown on the proposal are approximate only and subject to increase or decrease with no change in unit price. Bid unit price PER EACH must be submitted on all items as listed on bid proposal. Estimates listed on proposal pages are per each unless otherwise indicated. Number per package and number per case must also be noted if different from specifications. Package sizes are given from current bid. Bidder failure to indicate their correct package size shall be cause for immediate rejection, before or after award. Shipments received which differ from package size bid will be paid for ACCORDING TO PER UNIT OR PER OUNCE PRICE BID BY VENDOR ON BID PROPOSAL. Delivery charges shall be included in the bid price for each item. Delivery shall be made on an "as needed basis". Warren County bid items must be available for delivery 10 days A.R.O. If items back-ordered force Warren County to buy elsewhere, cost difference will be deducted from bidder's invoice. Any discount on quantity delivery should be noted.
